-Acted as main point of contact for the company while the school groups were in destination.
-Trained and supported Tour Leaders in Ottawa.
-Coordinated all logistics for in-destination events.
-Visited between 15 and 25 school groups visiting Ottawa to ensure the customers (ie. teachers and chaperones) were experiencing a satisfying trip.

Tour Leader (May and June, 2013 & 2014)
-Lead 3 day educational trips to Ottawa, ON.
-Liased with venues, staff to prepare logistics
-Facilitated educational activities - historical walking tours, games, etc.

As the Ottawa Ground Rep as well as a Tour Leader, successful trips hinged on my good relationships and communication skills with all students, teachers, coach drivers, suppliers and fellow tour leaders.
