Deliver top-notch, white-glove service to the High-Net-Worth clients of the Private Bank 
Carefully and accurately reviewing and evaluating a wide range of loan documents to meet stringent conditions 
Skillfully communicate and coordinate with the Mortgage Advisory Team, internal legal teams, outside vendors, and other key stakeholders throughout the complex mortgage origination process to ensure seamless execution.

Mortgage Processing Specialist

· Review and evaluate borrowers’ income, employment history, financial and credit
documents
· Communicate between borrower, loan originator, underwriter, closer and title
agency.
· Fulfill underwriting conditions within SLA to ensure closing on time

Mortgage Loan Processor

•  Liaison with Branch Relationship Managers across multiple regions to complete onboarding clients
•  Research different tools for negative media, AML events and reputation implications
• Compile information obtained through several channels to facilitate understanding of business
• Conduct detailed analysis of customers’ records and transactional activity to determine legitimacy and
purpose of account

KYC( Know Your Customer) Specialist

•	An expert in self-service products but not limited to online banking, bill pay, mobile app, etc.
•	Efficiently use a variety of computer programs to access customer deposits 
•	Educate customers on successful ways to manage their deposit accounts such as provide account

I have a strong AML-KYC background having had five year experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co.  I have had exposure to mortgage loan processing, client relations, analysis, regulations and compliance.  My skills include exceptional attention to detail, an ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality and adept in all Microsoft applications. Currently enrolled in Thinkful Cybersecurity bootcamp and working towards Security + certification. I am interested in Cybersecurity Tabletop Scenarios, Governance, Risk and Compliance roles.
