As an Epic Security Application Analyst, I provide support to one or more healthcare, administrative, or financial products and/or applications including day- to day operational issues, break/fix, configuration, maintenance, upgrades and on-call rotations. Additionally, I provide support and management of Epic Security maintenance, end user access to various enterprise applications, provide best practices guidance to other application teams as a subject matter expert in Epic Security and perform Data Courier Security INIs from POC to other environments as requested by application groups upon approval.

*Proactively involves the Department/Service Line leadership in outlining specific needs to produce high levels of customer satisfaction by developing a close working relationship with managers.

*Evaluates career fields and trends in applicable markets to develop recruitment strategies and maximize the success of recruiting efforts by compiling statistical data 
*Serve as iCIMS subject matter expert and manage applicant system for daily updates, changes and enhancements that directly affect system end users
*Update training manuals and reports for System HR/Recruitment Teams, System Managers and Senior Leadership. Lead training of applicant tracking system to end users to ensure compliance and system integrity to moving candidates through the pipeline.
