Like most people in recruiting, I just kind of fell into it. Now it's not just a job for me, it's a passion! I am obsessed with candidate experience, building processes and helping companies scale! I have over 10 years of Recruiting Experience specializing in Engineering, Product & Security. I spent the first part of my career in an Agency and then made the switch to in-house. I was lucky enough to find myself in a fast growing SaaS startup hired as the first Technical Recruiter! When I first joined Calendly, we were 50 people strong! I was hired to partner directly with the CTO and CPO to help grow and scale the team. This was my dream! Fast forward 4 years later, Calendly has over 600 employees!! I was given the opportunity to become a player/coach and build my own Technical Recruiting team from scratch. Having a hand in building and scaling a company is exactly what keeps me excited about what I do!
