• Applied UX writing principles and brand tone of voice in the development of email communications and UI copy for web forms, landing pages, navigation menus, error messages, alert dialogs and other interface elements.

Supporting product development within Loblaw Brands Ltd., I edited recipes and preparation instructions and wrote supporting tips and romance copy for packaging, pc.ca, PR, print media advertising, and in-store classes, demos and marketing materials.

• Performed trademark and regulatory compliance checks through CIPO, RA and CFIA sources as necessary.
• Coordinated the development and validation of control and tactical brand preparation instructions by identifying SKUs that required updated prep, requesting samples from the product development team, editing instructions according to house style, managing the retest process and uploading final copy and validation notes to PLM.
• Liaised with product development, editorial, design, marketing, public relations and PC Cooking School teams.
