As the owner of POEE Coaching & Consulting LLC, I’ve made a career shift and began my journey into entrepreneurship in 2022, transitioning from being a Senior Account Executive to pursuing my passion for helping others achieve a well-balanced lifestyle personally and professionally. With the pandemic highlighting the importance of a healthier lifestyle. I’ve taken pride in my commitment to integrity and honesty, while working with organizational leaders and their staff to achieve their wellness goals and an efficient work environment. Collaborating with small corporations, nonprofits, & government entities throughout my corporate career, has enabled these organizations to improve their work environments across all mediums. I prioritize diversity & inclusivity within corporations and strive to create equitable frontline staffing solutions. I encourage leaders to broaden their perspectives by enhancing their internal communication channels, implementing innovative employee processes, and executing effective negotiation strategies to increase company revenue & enhance employee morale. I completed my AA in organizational leadership from PCC and became the director of sponsorship and marketing at LIV You non-profit organization. My role involved sourcing corporate donations to provide free business consulting services to women worldwide. I also worked towards continuous improvement initiatives for Arizona's Dept of Economic by bridging the gap between traditional economic systems, modern-day strategies, and their effects on minority groups. With a BA in sales and marketing from DeVry University, I became the lead collections agent within the Dept. of Child Support Services. Pursuing a Master's in Legal Studies with an emphasis on Corporate & Healthcare Compliance from ASU Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, I can facilitate training and lead conversations to improve the quality of business for minorities and their overall wellness, with my DEI certification. At POEE Coaching and Consulting LLC, we focus on improving the leadership skills of corporations, nonprofit organizations, and government entities with as few as 50 members. We aim to tackle communication barriers between frontline staff and management teams to create a more productive and harmonious work environment.
