Senior Technical Account Manager

Led the successful implementation of Research Management Solutions and Entitlement Platforms to support client compliance for MiFID regulation.

Successfully migrated sell-side content by standardizing content into research types, asset classes, sectors, and industry types to ease content search transparency for buy-side. Additionally, implemented over 500 data contribution accounts across the Americas.

Aid with research management solutions by working closely with buy side to develop content based on sell-side research. Liaison between major contributors and buy-side clients to ensure continuation of business relationships and help build new business relationships. Gather information for product development to enhance client solutions.
