I am the Billing & Anti-Fraud Manager @ Supercell, ensuring our players experience the best service possible when they want to make a purchase.

Billing and Refund Policy Management: Developing and maintaining billing and refund policies that are in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Regularly reviewing and updating the billing and refund policy to adapt to changing market dynamics and player needs.

Payment Systems: Collaborating with the store team to understand and ensure the right implementation of support and investigative tools. Monitoring payment transactions, troubleshooting payment issues, and working with the Supercell Store team optimizing the payment flow for players.

Anti-Fraud Strategies: Implementing and maintaining effective anti-fraud measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities such as chargebacks, unauthorized transactions, and account takeovers.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in anti-fraud techniques and technologies.

Data Analysis: Analyzing billing data identifying trends, anomalies, and potential fraud patterns.
Generating reports and providing insights to support decision-making and optimize the billing and anti-fraud processes.

Player Care Collaboration: Working closely with the Player Care team to address player billing inquiries and disputes effectively and professionally.

Senior fraud analyst working with Ferratum, CapitalBox and SweepBank.

Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud across the entire customer lifecycle in each of these business units. Working closely with my team, as well as other teams such as IT or Compliance, I handle tasks such as:

-Extraction and analysis of data to identify fraudulent patterns (mainly via SQL).
-Writing, testing and optimisation of fraud rules based on analytical findings. This involves becoming very familiar with the syntax of various scripting languages required. 
-Creation of dashboards (Power BI).
-Analysis and corrective action of reported fraud cases.
-Training other teams, especially those in customer facing roles.
-Supporting the operational and business units of the organisation on fraud related matters

Everything Fraud Prevention related at Trifecta Retail Ventures, mostly working with DealDash.com, a gamified shopping platform serving over 20,000,000 users in the United States.

Designed the in-house anti-fraud solution from the ground up. Successfully intercepted fraudulent transactions around the clock. Kept chargeback rates at minimal levels.

Tasks included detecting and preventing credit card fraud, working with payment processors and gateways, working closely with the heads of fraud teams at Visa and MasterCard, identifying the source of fraudulent transactions, data analysis (MySQL), and keeping the preventative measures up to date in line with the latest international fraud trends and regulations

Helped identify various players in the world of credit card "carding" leading to successful recovery of funds.
