Steve is an operating executive (3x COO) and founder with experience building, scaling, and exiting high-growth, category-defining companies across transportation, technology repair, and wellness. He’s the CEO & co-founder of ChargeCorps, a service reliability provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations supporting America’s $7.5B investment to build a nationwide network of 500,000 EV chargers by 2030. A former Naval Flight Officer and management consultant, Steve joined Lyft in 2015 as one of the company’s first General Managers, led two of Lyft’s largest territories, launched multiple product lines, and managed a P&L with >$500M in annual revenue. In 2020, as COO of Fixt, he guided the company through an acquisition and integration with Assurant (NYSE: AIZ), a $10B global insurance provider. In 2021, Steve co-founded HipTrain, a global marketplace providing live, 1-on-1 consumer health and wellness services, which sold to FORME (NASDAQ: TRNR) in 2023. Steve has coached c-suite executives of publicly traded companies, heads of investment firms, and tech leaders at early-stage startups backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia, Founders Fund, Kleiner Perkins, Bessemer Venture Partners, Primary Venture Partners, Lowercase Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Y Combinator. Steve is a Venture Partner at Social Impact Capital, an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgetown University, and a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and Georgetown University.
