WHO I AM: The topic of centralization has resonated with me my entire career and I fully embrace the direction and effort our multifamily industry is exploring. I am highly experienced within the multifamily rental housing ecosystem (too many years to mention) with active leadership contributions including acquisitions, development, construction, redevelopment, property management, dispositions, and investor relations. In these roles, I have been instrumental in assisting management teams with the alignment of business strategy and execution with operating platform responsibility. I emphasize utilizing technology to help improve efficiency and reduce costs. Most recently, I had an amazing experience with outstanding people, global clients, and knowledge at RealFoundations. They are leaders with CRE centralization insights and tools for execution. So much more learned in that chapter. Some of my former roles include working with respected multifamily real estate organizations in the United States and Mexico, including Trammell Crow Residential Services, Simpson Housing Group, Holland Residential, Riverstone Residential, and Black Creek Mexico. WHY IT MATTERS? It all matters to make a difference and create value for team members, clients, and investors! My background and experiences allowed me to identify a problem in multifamily and have a vision for a solution. I believe it takes a broad set of skills to understand multifamily at all levels, combined with an appreciation for the implementation and user challenges with technology and applications, and only then, leverage this into a compelling service proposition.
