----- Hestan CUE, Amsterdam/California (remote) (9 months)
Hestan CUE is a smart cookware startup based in Napa Valley. I worked as Head of Marketing and Creative Director. I developed product & brand strategies and crafted new messaging to improve online conversion by 30%. I re-wrote the brand story, launched the product in its first global market, and presented new directions for the product's future development. 

----- Droga5 | Accenture Interactive, Dublin (3 months)
ROTHCO (Now Droga5) is Irelands leading creative agency. There I was a lead creative on a global pitch for Jaguar Land Rover, which we won. I also created a campaign for Electric Ireland to support their sponsorship for suicide prevention through Pieta House. There were other various projects in the agency with a focus on technology, digital, social.

----- 14, Barcelona (6 months)
14 is a bespoke DDB agency servicing global auto brands SEAT and CUPRA. I worked across both brands participating in pitches, writing campaigns, supervising the global social media creative, consulting on global social media strategy.

I led a creative department of a handful of creative teams. We worked with Netflix, Footlocker, CocaCola and more. I managed to score new business for the agency with Budweiser launching in NL, at that time it was work that was outside of the agencies core capabilities. I was also tasked with culturally uniting the agency and recruiting fresh intern creative talent.
