•Developing Non Standard & Standard Task Specific and Generic Safe Operating Procedures for Engineering & Services
•Develop & deliver Safe Operating Procedure Training Programme
•Safety Improvements & Projects team.
•Behavioural Safety; carry out SWOPs and implement and develop a SWOPS programme to include maintenance closure budgeting and close out targets.
•Carrying out detailed and documented Manual Handling, Chemical Handling, Confined Space, Machine, Personal Protective Equipment, Slips Trips & Falls, Work at Height and General Risk Assessments in compliance with the HSA and the Kerry Ingredients Safety Management Programme.  All risk assessments are maintained and reviewed in a detailed accountable IT system and are made easily accessible to both employees and management
•Completing monthly Hazards & Environmental ISO14001 audits, PPE management, attending regular safety meetings with both staff and management and acting, as a mediator between staff and management in finding the most practicable and successful solutions to safety requirements. I strive to deliver a zero accident policy and a safe work environment.
•Maintaining up to date SDS sheets and the Safety Statement. Updating Power Point training courses, presentations and other training props, hand outs and aids.
•Manual Handling, Chemical Handling,Confined Spaces & Contractors Induction training- certified instructor.
