With over 22 years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about delivering strategic, innovative, and effective solutions that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. As the HR Strategy and Performance Manager at Employment Security Department (ESD), I am responsible for leading and managing various HR programs and initiatives that align with the agency's mission, vision, and values. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different sectors, cultures, and environments, including the US Army, where I served as a Director of Corps Level Human Resource Operations Center. In my current role, I leverage my skills in program/project management, leadership, and training to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies, procedures, and systems that support the agency's strategic goals and objectives. I also collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and address HR issues and opportunities, and to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, I mentor and coach HR staff and other employees to enhance their professional growth and development.
