👨 MEET STEPHEN ▶ As a seasoned Coaching Psychologist, Keynote Speaker and Mindfulness Meditation Shepherd, I bring over a decade of experience in empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. 🚀 JOURNEY ▶ My journey has been shaped by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. Originating through a time of personal mental and physical turmoil in April 2006 which culminated with a severely broken leg and depression. After working through these challenges, I discovered a lot of the tools and techniques I work with my clients on today! 🧠 PSYCHOLOGY & MINDSET PRO ▶ I hold a Master of Science in Psychology & Neuroscience (2023, Kings College London) and am a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Additionally, I am a proud holder of the ICF ACC Coaching accreditation, a testament to my commitment to excellence in coaching. 🧘‍♂️ MINDFULNESS MEDITATION SHEPHERD ▶ Since 2018, I've been 'certified' as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher, leading well over 100 group sessions in various settings. Here, I link closely with my background in Psychology and Neuroscience to deliver tangible outcomes in areas including Improved Focus, Stress Management, Visioning and more. 🏢 CORPORATE STALWART ▶ I've worked with upwards of 50 Corporate Organisations in various forms including Salesforce, Hewlett Packard, Nissan Motors, Vodafone, Heineken, Refinitiv and BP.
