✔️ Initially bring Auto-Owners Insurance into NASCAR in 2014. 
✔️ Developed Auto-Owners Insurance NASCAR Sponsorship from two primary races with HScott Motorsports to a three (3) year, twenty-four (24) race sponsorship with Joe Gibbs Racing including multiple layers of activation efforts such as digital marketing, philanthropy, linear television advertising, independent agent engagement and more.
✔️ Responsible for the build-out of activation around sponsorships.
✔️ Helped deliver Auto-Owners Insurance and Furniture Row Racing a NASCAR Cup Series Championship in 2017. 
✔️ Operate sponsorship in day-to-day role. 
✔️ Review, explore and provide point of view on 3rd party opportunities.
✔️ Responsible for account P & L. 
✔️ Responsible for negotiation and closing on any direct or 3rd party agreements. 
✔️ Responsible for hiring and management of any support staff.

✔️ Responsible for assisting with the closing and management of more than $40 million dollars in sports & entertainment sponsorships. 
✔️ Responsible for the ideation, build-out and management of 360 degree activation around client sponsorships including licensing, merchandising, hospitality, media buys, promotions, sweepstakes and more. 
✔️ Responsible for assisting account managers with counsel, day-to-day requests and overall support.
✔️ Developed all sales & marketing collateral for all property representation.
✔️ Explored industry-defining b2b efforts with media companies, agencies and global brands.
✔️ Interviewed, hired and managed new employees through initial onboarding to the company.
