Reporting to the Group Director of Sales and Distribution with complete accountability for purchasing, service and logistics operations and strategy for mobile devices and accessories.  I led a senior management team with responsibility for a functional headcount in excess of 200 people.  Working in a fast growing, dynamic business environment the key element of this role was to manage both growth and cost with an operational expenditure of EURO 75M and purchasing spend of EURO 750M.  As part of the senior Sales and Distribution management team I was also responsible for setting strategic direction and the achievement of overall S&amp;D operational and financial targets.
