•Leader for Master Data Management, Data Governance and Document Management Strategy over the combined Latin American, Caribbean, and North American regions (called: Americas).
•Established a highly skilled and expansive team of Domain Owners, Data Quality Leads, and Data Coordinators representing 23 countries for the core data domains including Vendor, Customer, Material, Finance, and Documents.  
•Constructed and administered process, dictionary, lineage and integration designs encompassing data with a complete End-To-End mindset: supplier onboarding and portfolio opportunities, master data collection, data management workflows, data quality analysis, documentation compliance, data transmission flows, user interfaces, reporting visualization, and external partner portals.

•Designed and implemented an industry award-winning, revolutionary product onboarding process to create a proprietary AI chatbot with ML mass data extraction capabilities.

Master Data Management & Data Governance Director Americas

•Developed, implemented, and continuously reviewed the North American data management strategy, vision, and roadmap, which included Master Data Management (Customer, Vendor, Material), Data Governance and Document Management.
•Created from the ground-up and lead a new Master Data team for Brenntag North America (US and Canada): 
o	Developed and enforced focused data definitions, business rules and standards
o	Managed dozens of master data improvement initiatives to advance process control in numerous business units.
o	Resolved data quality problems through error detection and correction, process control and improvement, and process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts.
•Implemented and managed a robust company-wide Material, Customer, and Vendor Master and Product Documentation governance toolset (SAP MDG), a first of its kind at Brenntag North America.
•Created clear MDM program metrics, and linked metrics to business benefit and data value KPIS (e.g. decreased mis-load shipments, increased GP per product, eliminated inefficiencies during product and customer onboarding, etc)
•Designed, created, and managed a company-wide MDM & DM Community of experts and end users that assisted with new implementations, rollouts, and organizational change management topics.

Master Data Management Director, North America

FMC Corporation

•Designed, configured, and implemented a new SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) toolset co-deployed within a new S/4HANA environment for FMC across the globe.
•Created 80+ individual data governance workflow processes including for: Materials, Vendors, Customers, Treasury Business Partners, General Ledger Accounts, Chart of Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers and Group Hierarchies. 
•Lead the data conversion/migration approach for 5 releases and 14 mock load cycles across 10 workstreams.
•Managed field/value mappings for 13 source systems over 85+ data objects. Wrote data dictionaries including data standards and field-level configurations for all data objects in BPM scope.
•During the program, stood up a new Data Governance Organization tasked with enabling and enforcing data governance practices over all FMC, building upon the work completed in the BPM program.

Business Process Lead, Enterprise Data Management SAP S/4 HANA

Teva Pharmaceuticals

•As the Global Business Owner, delivered a holistic MDM strategy within the Master Data Management Stream in Teva’s global SAP implementation project (titled “Enterprise”). Drove pharmaceutical best practices into the new global ERP SAP ECC (ERP Central Component) and designed the processes and integration with other global systems (Oracle, SAP MDG, BPCS, PLM, Hyperion, BI).
•Convened with local SMEs to validate regional requirements and analyzed the consistency and completeness of those requirements; designed harmonized processes and supported global implementation.
•Authored and approved all documentation for the control of material master data (direct & indirect) and vendor master data within the project plan (data migration plan, uniqueness rules, data quality rules, business process design, data model plan, etc.).
•Owned risk mitigation and impact assessment of process changes on global TGO and Commercial organizations.

Associate Director, MDM Business Partner

•Implemented a global MDM system for AOP global planning (SAP MDG), global procurement, and reporting. Utilized SAP MDG system to fit business requirements into the SAP Enterprise project scope.
•Created a new scalable data model to apply to numerous business functions and hundreds of sites across Teva, each with its own unique legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements.
•Built data maintenance workflows to incorporate field ownership, contribution, object type, SAP governance levels, SKU variances, FDA GxP regulations, SLAs, and quality assurance approvals.

Associate Manager, Material Master & Supplier Master Data

•Governed North American MDM departmental functions, processes, procedures, workflows, etc.; ensured efficiency and consistency throughout.
•Lead the implementation of internal and external training for the master data procedures and SOPs that supported the Supply Chain organization.
•Domain Owner for a wide range of activities including: raw material, component and finished good item creation, formula, router, and recipe creations, resource and operation creations, master data modifications, supplier database listings and sourcing.

MDM Process Lead

•Maintained item master data in the global data management system and North American ERP system.
•Confirmed recipe steps and formula ingredients for ten US-based manufacturing sites; analyzed master data in the quality management system and ERP.
•Audited master data integrity for supply chain planning, manufacturing and interdepartmental reporting functions.

MDM Analyst

•Executed order entry and order processing and movement for top 10 distribution customer base.  
•Managed customer backorders and published long-term backorder analysis.
