Strategic Planning and Business Development: Define and execute the company's vision and goals, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the business and increase market share.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them grow their online presence and sales on Amazon.

Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and financial management.

Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional development.

Marketing and Branding: Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. Ensure that Catalyst Selling's brand is consistently represented across all channels and communications.

Industry Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure Catalyst Selling remains at the forefront of e-commerce solutions and maintains a competitive edge.

Compliance and Legal: Ensure the business adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain strong relationships with legal and compliance advisors to mitigate risks and protect the interests of the company.

Lead student pastor over the central campus as well as our satellite campus. I led my staff (as well as volunteers) casting vision and executing our mission to communicate the Gospel to the Next Generation. 

I am coordinated with our church leadership building a multi-million dollar student worship center.

Cross Point is one of the fastest growing churches in the United States. I had the pleasure of being the Student Pastor at the Dickson Campus. I was apart of a high energy, people focused team. While serving at Cross Point I was able to triple the size of the Student Ministry. I also spearheaded the multisite preaching model across all of our Student Ministry campuses .
