Original focus was investment bank CFO & COO projects relating to risk, control, and regulatory compliance. Shifted focus to startups & SME's, augmenting in-house management teams as C-level leader.

- Interim COO of franchise consultancy & regional management hub for pre-launch phase.
- Won admission to government entrepreneurship program for an international lighting company.   
- Drafted successful proposal to realign HK youth rugby coordinating clubs and schools (pro bono)
