Responsible for managing the contractual relationship between ancillary providers and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Analyzed the provider network to identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Developed the payment rates and fee schedules used to reimburse providers. Completed contracting initiatives for the provider network. Negotiated contractual terms with providers. Coordinated contracting activities with other internal departments to ensure contractual provisions were implemented.

North Shore Medical Center

Directed laboratory outreach program of 120 off-site clients; consisting of physician offices, nursing homes and visiting nurse associations. Supervised technical call center. Managed courier service. Accountable for the operation and supervision of two off-site blood-drawing stations.
