Some of the tasks carried out are:
✔ Implement ETL process for both streaming and batch data
✔ Support expertise for the existing WestJet’s Data operations; including data warehousing with Snowflake, transformations, and other BI solution components that exist within the organization.
✔ Promote policy and best practices across software development.
✔ Monitor performance and advice on any necessary infrastructure changes
✔ Test developed components including ensuring conformance to security requirements.
✔ Provide support to other team members and business power users.
✔ On-call support 2 weeks per month (24/7) for different databases and servers that support WestJet's ETL processes.

✔ Build the blog using a static site generator.
✔ Researched the topics to post. 
✔ Wrote the blog posts with very simple words to help the beginners to understand complex topic.
✔ Replied to all the feedback from the readers and assisted them on the topics they did not grasp.
✔ Improved the blog using different constructive critics and feedback from the readers.

✔ Ensure data entry related to customer requests comply with internal data sources and governance guidelines with a high level of customer service and response to customer needs.
✔ Performed lessons learnt workshops to enhance continuous improvements to process, standards and procedures.
✔ Identify and resolve technical issues on the Borrowell app and web app by identifying known causes by using the process of elimination and provide clear and concise technical information, reports and presentation to customers with regards to the app and web app.
✔ Create training materials to guide business users on how to use dashboards and reporting solutions.

✔Suggested new tactics to persuade cancelling customers to stay with company, resulting in a 5% decrease in cancellations.

The Burundi Film Center (BFC) was launched as a non-profit media development project in the summer of 2007 under a mandate to "Inspire Educate Entertain". BFC has trained over 1000 students in film theory, film history, and the production of fiction, documentary and animated films.

✔ Built a new modern website, which led to better visibility of BFC and increased the number of clients.
