My work at FIT was split into two major efforts: bringing peer supports into the mainstream of the American healthcare industry and futhering concepts related to workplace wellness and addiction. Much time was spent presenting population health concepts to interested parties from Washington, DC to the private health insurance field, to the EAP industry as well.  Participated as a key team member in the development of the organization's first digital addiction wellness platform for onsite and remote coaching and care management. Was honored to speak at numerous gatherings of stakeholders interested in workplace efforts associated with costs of untreated addiction in the workplace.

Provided leadership for a variety of  marketing functions for this global leader in the office interiors industry. My principal activities centered around launching the company's new brand, knowledge marketing initiatives, field communications programs, and national public speaking on topics related to sustainable design and construction to national architecture and design firms.

Head of business unit comprised of sales, service, installation, and administration staff for the Southern New York State District. Managed new revenue attainment as well as maintenance of recurring revenue clients with annual revenue of $33M.

Spirit Cruises

Head of the NY/NJ operation of this division of Sodexo. The business provided 4 vessels for dining and entertainment in NY harbor. My leadership consisted of the oversight of a staff of 400, including sales/marketing, food & beverage, marine operations, human resources and accounting. Most notable was the contribution to the 911 recovery effort utilizing the Spirit of NY which we positioned at "ground zero" for the months following the tragedy.

Over this 14 year period, held roles in sales, field branch management, and ultimately a leader of the  corporate program to create strategic alliances with select national account clients. Was responsible for negotiating the company's first agreement to enter the IBEW Local 3 business environment in NYC.
