Bitpanda

Within the leading regulated European digital asset platform, among other things, I was responsible for finding and onboarding new institutional customers, attending conferences and establishing cooperation with strategic partners. During my time with the company, Bitpanda scaled from 60 to 250 employees. 
Key achievements:
• Established and successfully lead the Institutional Sales team
• Onboarded dedicated market makers and other institutional clients
on the Bitpanda Pro exchange
• Established numerous cooperations with crypto industry partners
• Sold out the BEST token IEO (the most successful European IEO), raising EUR 43,6mn
• Completed multiple innovative projects (e.g. cryptocurrency index) from start till end, including research, negotiation, all the way to contract signing

Business Development

Sberbank Europe AG

- Communication with Corporate customers
- Preparation of credit applications, including company financials, monitoring of Sberbank Europe's corporate portfolio
- Account opening for companies, AML checks, negative news checks, company research
- Preparation of presentations for new and existing deals, preparation of proposals for financing of new customers
- Preparation of documents for new deals and waivers

Relationship Manager Corporate Banking

- Developing Credit spread model for Internal capital assessment in R, validation and backtesting
- Obtaining yield curves, credit spreads and market prices from Bloomberg and monitoring the bond portfolio of Sberbank Europe Group
- Preparing Interest rate risk and Credit spread risk reports, automating report production using VBA
- Preparing presentations and presenting in ALCO and RiCO, guidance of the subsidiaries and reporting to the regulators

Market Risk Analyst

- Preparing Liquidity risk, Interest rate risk and Credit spread risk reports
- Preparing presentations for ALCO and RiCO, correcting KCLP errors in SAP
- Correspondence with the subsidiaries and reporting to the regulator

- Financial planning, including 5 year projections of the PnL statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement
- Facebook and Instagram free and paid advertising
- Photo and video production and editing in Lightroom, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro X
- Setting up and running a pre-launch marketing campaign on KickoffLabs
- Setting up the webshop on Shopify according to latest UX standards
