Led an Account Management team of six on Volkswagen Group's 'The Trade Parts Specialists'​, one of the most advanced automotive trade parts marketing programmes in the world today.

Accountable for all B2B trade marketing communications (both internal and external) ensuring that TPS maintained its leading, cutting edge advantage as the U.K.'s No1 manufacturer-led Trade Parts program.

•	Achieved annual client spend targets each year from 2009 - 2014, making it the agency's largest client for 6 years running

•	Oversaw and executed all internal and external trade marketing communications, as well as both large scale customer-facing and staff incentive schemes

•	Oversaw the management and fulfilment of the TPS Network’s industry-leading internal and highly-successful staff incentive scheme, with over £1 million in incentive funds fulfilled in 2014 alone

•	Instrumental in client turnover increase of over £215 million in 7 years
 
•	Dealt effectively with a hugely diverse range of client requests and demands in an extremely fast paced environment

•	Acted less as supplier, more as ‘partner’, providing full day-to-day support and creativity, as well as on the spot responses to assist client in achieving their sales targets and performance objectives

•	Ensured internal and external customer communications were always deployed on time and on budget

•	Motivated, nurtured and developed core team (4 of which remained on the account for over 5 years)

•	Fulfilled all local marketing requirements of 78 TPS Centres nationwide

•	Managed every process from brief to execution through to analysis, whilst demonstrating accurate attention to detail as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.

For Johnson Controls I oversaw pan-European marketing communications for multiple B2B product launches across 7 European countries. Responsible for high-profile new Trade Depot store launches nationwide in addition to managing ongoing marketing and digital communications, tailored directly to local target audiences.

Laithwaites Wines

Managed store launch campaigns for Laithwaites Wines, for their off-line sales arm. Oversaw the creation and delivery of on-going B2C marketing communications for 11-stores throughout the South of England.

Goodyear Dunlop

Dealing with the company’s B2B communications to the U.K. trade market in order to promote the benefits of stocking Goodyear tyres. This included involvement in staging trade events, creating corporate videos, DM and online communications.
