Frontline

Frontline is England's largest children's social work charity. In our first ten years we have partnered with funders like the Garfield Weston Foundation, Purposeful Ventures, the Rangoonwala Foundation, the Hadley Trust, Portal Trust, the Monday Charitable Trust and the AKO Foundation to make social work better for children and families. We do this through excellent social work practice development, leadership development, innovation and wider sector change.

- Member of Senior Management Team with Board-level visibility.
- Developed high-value funding partnerships with funders like The National Lottery Community Fund, Volant Charitable Trust, Garfield Weston Foundation, City Bridge Foundation, Dulverton Trust, Trust for London, Prudence Trust and Rayne Foundation that helped them achieve their funding priorities by supporting single parent families through advice, information and peer support.
- Developed a new high value corporate partnership with Amicable, the UK's most trusted divorce service, who shared Gingerbread's purpose of fighting for the rights of single parents and their children.

Coram Beanstalk

Member of Senior Leadership Team with Board-level visibility. Led the sales, marketing, impact and information functions. Set up sales function to develop partnerships with education and local authority partners. Provided communications support to corporate partners including the Very Group and the i newspaper's Christmas appeal. Produced impact report to demonstrate the charity's impact.

Member of Senior Leadership Team with Board-level visibility. Led marketing and communications, impact and information, IT and administration (volunteer on-boarding) functions. Led data protection review and introduction of new CRM Salesforce as part of digital transformation programme.

- Partnered with trusts including the Garfield Weston Foundation, John Ellerman Foundation, Linbury Trust, Law Family Charitable Foundation and City Bridge Foundation to help disadvantaged children with their reading. 
- Developed corporate partnerships with Harrods, HarperCollins, Man Group, Arbuthnot Latham, Vestra Wealth and Radisson Edwardian that achieved their CSR aims and supported their staff's leadership development. 
- Set up Development Board that organised special event with keynote speaker Mayor of London Boris Johnson that raised six figure sums for the charity.

Disabled Living Foundation

- Member of Senior Management Team with Board-level visibility.
- Developed high value strategic funding partnerships with the Big Lottery Fund, Department of Health and Department for Children, Schools and Families to make DLF's advice and impartial information on equipment for independent living freely available online for the first time. 
- Helped trusts like the City Bridge Foundation, Lloyds TSB Foundation, Clothworkers’ Foundation, John 
Ellerman Foundation and Freemasons' Grand Charity to achieve their funding objectives of supporting older and disabled people.
- Set up corporate partnerships with B&Q, Home Retail Group and NRS that allowed them to use bespoke versions of DLF's online self assessment tool AskSARA to guide their customers to appropriate daily living aids and independent advice.
