•	Rehired by Johnson & Johnson for previous National Sales Director Role (when position dissolved at Inheris) 
•	Continue to lead national customer facing sales organization of 5 District Managers and approximately 70 Primary Care Representatives 
•	During COVID, adjusted selling model from Field (face to face) to Virtual / Telesales
•	Developed and executed a 15 Rep Hybrid Selling Model pilot to test ability of sales team to execute both Field & Telesales calls and leverage different channels of communications to HCPs to drive brand loyalty and business performance
•	Executed National Launch for Rep Hybrid Selling Model.  This involves building out new plans for targeting and alignment, analytics and reporting, incentive compensation plans, competencies and training to balance both Field and Virtual selling discussions to Health Care Providers. 
•	Lead internal Syneos Health operations matrix team to develop KPIs, sales incentive plans, targeting strategies, analytics and reporting, sample and resource allocation, budget management, mid-year and annual review process
