Responsible for the entire refining process of our largest account, I'm responsible for sifting material to prepare for smelting using an industrial sized sifter, melting SnBi using oil to gain the best recovery, monitoring the pot temperature carefully as to not ignite the oil that is used in our unique refining process. After the material is melted, it is poured into bars and sent back to our customer for reuse. The entire process is done by me and one other highly-trained employee, and the recovery/profit has greatly increased since I took over the account in January 2022.
