I get it, work doesn’t just spill into life; it all blends into one
And when family life suffers, performance at work is often impacted as well.

The problem, according to Sabina Sulovsky, is that we’ve lost our "containers."

Our bodies and brains respond to anchors.

Work mode.
Family mode.
Rest mode.

But today these “anchors” are getting really blurred.

Your body doesn’t know what you want it to do:

Are we working?
Or are we switching off?

So we’re half-on, half-present, everywhere.

And there’s a performance cost.

Because clarity creates calm, and the ability to focus 100% on the task at hand leads to better performance 

And genuine presence is still the most underrated performance advantage we have.
