I am a Ph.D custom researcher who helps clients address their business problems through original data collection. I'm first and foremost a survey researcher -- I have significant experience designing, fielding, and analyzing custom surveys to provide clients the right answers to their questions, in both B2B and B2C settings. I combine my knowledge of survey design and human behavior with client business needs to use surveys to solve their problems using the best, most relevant evidence possible. I'm comfortable conducting both Customer and Employee Experience surveys. While I'm primarily a survey researcher, I am comfortable with a variety of methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative, including regression analysis, time series data, panel data, mutlilevel models, experimental design (survey, lab and field), conjoint analysis, maxdiff analysis, segmentation / personas, factor analysis, semi-structured interviews, focus groups, competitive research, and secondary research. Prior to moving to the private sector, I spent 14 years as an academic, conducting research on human behavior as it relates to the political world. I published over 30 peer-reviewed academic articles and one book on issues like polarization, prejudice, discrimination, partisanship, social identity, and communication.
