My role at Infinity is to help clients maximise the impact they can get out of the calls they are receiving. My role is split into two parts; Client Management & Leading the 'Potential Pillar'

Day to day I am responsible for:
- Day to day management of a book of enterprise accounts.
- Supporting on all accounts when it comes to upsell/cross sell opportunities.
- Feeding back client insights to inform the wider product and company strategy.
- Assisting in achieving OKRs around Net Retention and GTM across the current client book.

I am part of the Sales Management team at iHasco looking after the Account Management team. Duties include training, recruitment, man management among a host of other responsibilities!

We provide thousands of companies with excellent E Learning solutions that help them save time and money but our main asset is our staff. My role is mainly to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to all of our clients so in turn making our Account Managers the best Account Managers possible.

I hold over 300 Accounts and help provide the best e-learning product in the industry. I am also responsible for training and mentoring of new staff. My main responsibility is still to help my client base in any training needs that may arise but other larger responsibilities such as implementing a new internal company training system and running my own staff training sessions are also in my remit. This is helping in growing the business even further and assisting all management in ideas with how to cement our place at the top of the market.

I work within a team that is selling the best e-Learning product in the industry.I am responsible for looking after all of my clients training needs, making sure they get excellent customer service along with our exceptional product. This is my main responsibility, along with growing the IHASCO brand to make sure that everyone knows about our brilliant e-learning.

I am an experienced SAAS Account Manager/Leader who has over 8 years experience in the space. I thrive off helping customers improve utilising technology and software. Whether it is making a company leaner and more efficient or improving how a business is utilising its current processes to make the most ROI. 

Culture is important to me. Not just a ping pong table but allowing staff to help contribute to the wider company and really make an impact whilst having a smile on their face, just one of the many things that I believe in that makes a great culture!
