Responsible for all aspects of sales development and training for our team in San Diego. My role was to help create and maintain relationships with valued partners such as health insurance brokers, payroll companies, CPAs, and financial advisors. Creating these partnerships was instrumental to our success as a team and allowed us to help as many clients as we could. Conducting sales meetings, employee presentations, and enrollments were some of my day-to-day activities as well.

Special Projects Coordinator-January 2010 – July 2012 
Responsible for all aspects of client management regarding Aflac and our voluntary supplemental employee benefits. Conducted client meetings, presentations to employees, and educated prospects. Handled claims, questions, and customer inquiries regarding benefits and accounts.

-Supported claims management and fulfillment for clients and policyholders
-Administered, funded, and attended local events, fundraisers, and trade shows

Responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team between 5 and 25 staff. Created sales programs and trainings, conducted meetings, worked with clients and other vendors to best represent Aflac.
