Served as pre-sales and analyst for account managers and liaison to customers, playing key role in defining cloud solution implementation roadmaps and business model transformation strategies within start-up cloud software platform / service provider. 

Transitioned into Content Delivery Network (CDN) product team and assumed responsibility for diverse project management efforts; manage CDN federation of 170 global sites with thousands of servers. Promote CDN product and OnApp’s “Federation” business model, which provides clients with affordable cloud computing solutions through commoditization of available client infrastructure. Manage team of 2 programmers. Report to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

─ Pioneered CDN.net product development and testing from ’14 to ‘15, managing end-to-end development, testing, and implementation projects.

∼ Managed migration to Hostbill billing system, managing a parallel production system environment with legacy system and Hostbill during transition of all client accounts.

Built company from ground up

Managed all client sales and support to build a successful web hosting company that offered shared, VPS, dedicated server and co-location solutions,  both managed and unmanaged.

Sourced all services pertaining to the company like bandwidth, rackspace, IP's, servers and other technologies.

Successfully negotiated partnerships with smaller software firms to use Vistapages as the referral for their hosting solutions.

Managed advertising campaigns and tracked the data for better performance which included detailing faults within the website and full process to increase sales.

Responsible for purchasing media space or time, as well as developing campaigns and researching how it will be most effective for the company. The majority of the campaigns were on-line based advertising and the other 1% was print.

Day to day responsibilities included managing current Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns with Google, Yahoo/Overture, MSN, mamma.com and others. Updating keywords and producing tracking results with a clear goal structure for monthly reports were imperative as this was approximately 80% of the company's overall incoming revenue, so all data was reviewed on a daily basis to maintain integrity of the click prices and keywords used.

Increased revenue from existing customers by writing monthly newsletters that included a multitude of incentives to purchase new services, upgrade existing ones and maintaining the existence of customer/company relations.

Performed marketing management functions to develop corporate branding campaigns and increased sales from 5000 customers to over 100 thousand of mainly American based businesses in just over a 2 year period.

Managed design and requirement documents for highly advanced in-house tracking systems of all media expenditures, revenues, sales and analysis utilizing comparison charts with respect to customer acquisitions and lifetime value. Integrated 33 existing campaigns into one efficient system that centralized all of Ecommerce.Com's sales tracking worldwide. Organized and simplified each independent marketing campaigns into a common data report. Monitored and reported on $5M annual advertising budget.

Created and maintained online affiliate campaigns for two web hosting companies under the Ecommerce name (ixwebhosting.com and hostexcellence.com), both in-house and affiliate driven sites such as Commission Junction. Also, handled affiliate relationships using newsletters, emails and one on one phone calls to improve their success at increasing their sales.
