DeepIntent is a healthcare advertising platform that connects pharmaceutical brands with doctors and patients using targeted, multi-channel ads, featuring a purpose-built DSP for audience engagement, along with tools for planning, optimizing, and measuring campaigns.

I joined the startup as an executive team member to innovate and scale products for rapid revenue growth through team expansion and maturation, organization and process improvements, and increased collaboration and transparency with the C-Suite, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing.

✦ Grew a cross-functional, global team from 10 to 25 across Product, UX Design, Product Training, and Project Operations supporting significant YOY revenue growth and improved continuous delivery via clear product vision, improved Agile processes, and data driven goals and analysis.
✦ Led development of a cutting-edge, B2B, campaign planning tool to target healthcare professionals and patient audiences across streaming TV, display, video, audio, and native contributing to incremental revenue and reduced churn.
✦ Partnered with Engineering and Data Science to deliver a real-time campaign optimization and measurement product that uses machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) to maximize results (Audience Quality and Script Lift).
✦ Implemented user-centered design practices, raising customer satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and System Usability Scale (SUS) over 12 months.
✦ Established a new Product Training team and launched a Learning Management System with over 100 training videos and courses, improving onboarding and product knowledge for internal and external stakeholders.

My responsibilities included crafting and implementing a comprehensive AdTech vision, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy within a matrixed $2 billion organization. I led the development, deployment, and support of cross-platform, data-driven applications for advertisers to target linear TV, addressable TV, OTT, and digital audiences efficiently and effectively. 

✦ Positioned Spectrum Reach as an industry leader, supporting 800 internal and 15,000 external customers through innovative, automated technology solutions.
✦ Pioneered a groundbreaking web application that uses set-top box and 3rd party demographic data to automate linear TV campaign creation and precise audience targeting by leveraging analytics and insights to optimize yield and ad placements.
✦ Created a fully integrated multi-channel dashboard, enabling automated, data-driven campaigns and proposals, significantly boosting digital revenue and improving customer results.
✦ Designed and deployed a unique, B2B, e-commerce self-service TV ad platform with audience-based algorithms, automation, and AI-driven creative services to optimize inventory yield and customer ROI capturing hundreds of local ad campaigns.
✦ Built a new User Experience and Design practice, driving active user growth coupled with increases in NPS and System Usability Scale (SUS) benchmarks.

Throughout my time with Comcast Spotlight (now Effectv), I progressed through tailored roles with growing influence, capitalizing on emerging tech and ad opportunities. I executed go-to-market strategies, conducted industry trend analysis, competitive assessments, and developed the geo-targeted digital advertising portfolio. My team and I also Integrated product and sales strategies across various sales levels while supporting 400+ account executives and managing a $25 million budget.
