I am a Back-Office Administrator with significant experience gained in busy Post Room Admin Departments handling large volumes of customer correspondence including claims evidence and confidential documents for a range of companies across the Insurance, Banking, and Loan sector. I have a proven record in exceeding SLAs (Service Level Agreements) supporting by excellent prioritization and time management skills. Able to take the lead and motive and mentor colleagues. Am also attending Webinars and Job hacks Q & A to improve my knowledge help me to secure my next role. Also attending online job fares such as:( https://www.facebook.com/GreatBritishJobSearch which is a 3-day event with various speakers from different industries. this is now ongoing till at least the end of 2020. Using this event to gain more knowledge to help my job search in building new relationships with Recruiters, Career Coaches, and Industry experts. Also, been involved in The Music Industry mostly now doing this in my spare time. I got involved in the early 2000s when I finished my college course. I started my own music management company managing the local artist's going to international music trade events such as Midem in South of France, Popkomm in Germany, CMW (Canadian Music Week) Toronto Canada, In The City in Manchester and Liverpool, and SXSW (South By South West) in Austin Texas. By doing this I gained a much better understanding of the international music business. I was working with a local manager between the pair of us we were looking to get one of our artists a US deal and we very nearly did. I also attended for 5 years of music industry masterclasses that were run by The Manchester City Music Network and Music Managers Forum. Now I help to promote bands I know on Facebook and Instagram by using the many contacts that I have in the industry
