I am the founder of No Days Off Training LLC (NODAT), a basketball training company that provides a holistic approach to coaching athletes of all levels. I have been a professional skills coach for over eight years, with a bachelor's degree in finance from Fairfield University. My mission is to help players improve their basketball IQ, skill set, mental focus, and nutrition, using tailored regimens, video breakdowns, and exposure to different aspects of the game. I also aim to foster self-awareness, happiness, and success in each person, both on and off the court. I have learned from and collaborated with some of the best trainers and coaches in the industry, such as DJ Sackmann, Drew Hanlen, and Alex Bazzell. I live by the motto "No Days Off" because I believe that every day is an opportunity to grow and achieve your goals.
