This year has been eventful, filled with personal and professional developments.

 I have appreciated every moment of my professional success and continue to embrace it.

As the year draws to a close, I am focusing on prioritizing key areas:

- My Sales training and consulting clients, as I truly enjoy this journey with them.

- Time with my kids, which I have significantly neglected.

- Me time, which I often struggle to find.

That one stung, but it taught me something I'll never forget. Sales isn't about showing how much you know; it's about showing that you're listening.👂
Now when I'm on a call, I focus on giving one clear answer and then pause. Don't be afraid of the silence, it creates a space for your client to lean in. The conversation becomes two-way instead of a monologue. 

It turns out the best one isn't always the big pitch. Sometimes it's knowing when to stop talking!

Pro tip 👉 If you ever felt the need to "over-explain" pause... and let your point land.
