• Built and led two cross-functional teams to develop an experimentation platform, with a distributed domain-driven architecture, to accelerate data-driven decision making by our product organization.
• Increased the average number of experiments created annually by 133% in the first three years and the number of core product KPIs available for measuring business impact by 500%.
• Launched a bar raiser program to improve the quality of the experimentation process globally.
• Successfully planned and executed a migration from our in-house experimentation tool to a third-party platform, in order to better meet the needs of our internal customers.
• Ran a company-wide engineering showcase called Geek Friday, in which engineers demoed their work, and I facilitated an AMA-style discussion with senior tech leadership—this popular event has been a linchpin of our organizational culture.

• Worked on both consumer-facing and supply-side web applications for our chauffeur booking product.
• Advocated for and initiated a new design system for our frontend teams, which contributed to the successful completion of a major rebranding project.
• Pushed for the adoption of TypeScript across all frontend teams in order to promote standards and improve codebase scalability with type safety.
• Revived and led the adoption of our frontend tech radar, which established a unified technical vision for all frontend engineers in the company.
