Through supply chain engagement our goal is to have a direct impact on the lives of independent coffee farmers and their communities.  

I'm especially proud of the work LoCo accomplished during the pandemic, leveraging local relationships with pharmaceutical sales reps, we were able to fund a food for front-liners program, providing free meals and coffee to hospitals and police check points all over Iloilo City. 

On top of the huge external social impact, it kept the business and our supply chain alive, not a single member of our staff lost their job despite the extremely challenging conditions.

Creating and implementing a ISO14001:2015 Certified EMS across all Regions and Projects.  Approximately 50 Projects in the Middle East, with additional sites in Africa, India and East Asia.  Project oversite including managing environmental risks.

- King Abdulaziz International Airport; $7.2 Billion; 810,000m2 43 Gate airport expansion. (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
- Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway Project (Main Link); a $3 Billion 36km sea bridge spanning Kuwait Bay, linking Kuwait City and the Subiyah area. (Kuwait)
- Salwa Beach Resort; 362 residential units, private beaches; water park, marina, dive centre, cinemas, pools, health club, spa, 5 Star Hotel, restaurants and retail space. (Qatar)
- Dubai Arena, $500 Million 17,000 seat, all-purpose arena covering 47,000m2  (United Arab Emirates)
- Roads and Bridges Connecting Mina Abdullah and Wafra; $300 Million; 9 Intersections, 9 Flyovers and 41km of four-lane roads. (Kuwait)

Our site stretched 4km and over 1000 staff.  I managed all Environmental aspects and impacts across all phases of the project including a shared team of 20 HSE Officers.

Qu'fu Shaolin Kung-fu School

Training full time under 34th Generation Shaolin Warrior Monks including: Shaolin Kung-fu, Qi Gong, Sanda, Wing Chun, and Tai-Chi. I also took the opportunity to teach English at a Kindergarten once a week, and run the 2014 Great Wall Marathon (26.2 miles and 5164 steps).

Implemented comprehensive action plan including developing a bespoke online environmental management portal which was cutting edge at the time.
