I have entered my 19th year as the Founder and CEO of Fire and Safety Australia. I proudly lead our national team of 230+ dedicated and passionate team members who provide on-site medical and emergency response personnel, and nationally recognised safety and emergency response training across our nine training centres and at our client sites (RTO:22250) across every State and Territory of Australia.

You will not meet a business owner/CEO in our industry who is more passionate than I am in striving to make a significant and real difference in the world, and who is obsessed about setting a higher standard in medical and emergency response services and training, whilst still having a career fire and rescue background.

I proudly served as a full-time career firefighter and Emergency Medical Responder for more than eight years across 2  Fire services ARFF & MFB, and have 22+ years total in Emergency Management and Workplace Safety training experience across all industries.

My mission is to deliver FSA's purpose: "to forever change safety in the world...one experience at a time". I strive to achieve our vision of becoming the industry leader in our field, by attracting and retaining the best people, fostering our core values, continuously improving our services and standards, and continually innovating in our industry.

I love learning and sharing my knowledge and skills with our clients and team members, and learning from their feedback and insights. I also value the opportunity to travel across Australia and engage with our diverse team and client partners.

FSA's Medical Services division is excited to be actively recruiting for 22+ Full-Time FIFO (even time) AHPRA Registered Paramedic and AHPRA Registered Nurse Practitioner roles as part of a new Remote Medical Services contract award for diverse and interesting work across QLD and SA supporting a large Australian client commencing shortly.
