My life spiralled out of control due to undiagnosed ADHD as I went from hugely successful to everything going down the toilet. Relationships, friendships and businesses all fell apart as I tried to do things other people's way. I ended up suicidally depressed and numbing myself with bad habits on top of bad habits. This chaos carried on until I found out I had ADHD aged 45. So, what did that change for me? I then made it my purpose to explore and research as much as I could about ADHD.
