Responsible for P&L and Sales and Service leadership of $70M business with 70 employees and a 12,000+ agent network focused on large utilities and retail chains.

Accomplishments:
•   Increased revenue from $66M to $70M
•   Lead sales turnaround and  created first revenue growth in three years
•   Implemented new National Retail Account Training and Capture program that won new 
    customers including WalMart, Farm Fresh, Super Valu, HEB and Radio Shack
•   Grew our most profitable transaction results by 23% over previous year
•   Recruited Sales and Service leadership to form the strongest ever leadership team
•   Worked with  leading utility industry leaders including Duke Energy, PG&E,  AT&T,

Honeywell

VP Sales  and Operations, North  America  - Intermec Technologies (acquired by Honeywell. 
Owned – Sales and operations leadership for $400M – 175 person sales team focused on Wireless WAN/RFID/printer solutions for enterprise and retail
•	Implemented  new Major Account Capture program with 110  new accounts and $79M  
•	Created successful strategic plan for wireless Division Sales Go To Market Plan 
•	Created retail strategy that drove $28M in new service revenues
•	Captured 17 retail accounts including Duane Reade, Family Dollar Stores,PetsMart,  
•	Maintained and grew business with Tier 1 retailers like FedEx, Hallmark Cards, Loblaws, Walgreen, IGA Grocers, United Grocers, Ace Hardware, Bass Pro
•	Developed new corporate VAR Sales strategy to take new rugged wireless application solution device to retail markets via Mobile Operators
•	Improved GM% from 35% to 43% in six months.

Motorola Solutions

Responsibilities included - conception to coffin - product life cycle management and Sales go to market strategies for the Advanced Data Capture Division. Annual Revenue target was $450,000,000. Grew Divisional Revenue from $400M to $450M in 18 months

VP,  Strategic Global Product Marketing and Product Development

P&L  responsibility for a $240M - 75 person Business Unit.  
 •	Created and built new VAR channels while securing trusted relationships with N.A/Europe based wireless carriers like AT&T Wireless,  T Mobile, Bell Mobility and large enterprise customers
•	Closed a $125M  contract with T-Mobile that drove profitable revenue and over-achieved  subscriber goals. 
•	Spearheaded initiative to establish a new  VAR sales  approach, leveraging existing carrier relationships while setting the stage for explosive growth.

Motorola

Responsible for a 45 person  wireless sales, marketing and technical professionals.  P&L and BU leader -  recruited first sales, service and marketing organization and grew this handset and software business from $0 to $330M.  
•	Recruited and built a professional VAR sales and support organization with the technical expertise necessary to quickly gain traction for Motorola’s products and services, kick-starting the business
•	Led OEM M2M Business Development team, winning over 50 “design-in” awards for embedding technology in programmable machines.  Increased business from $8M to  $28M.
•	Won major contracts at Chase Manhattan Bank, FedEx,  Bank of Montreal, Bank of China
