As a Senior Consumer Experience (CX) Strategist, I am a researcher first and a marketer second. Whether working with ecom, B2B/lead gen, EDU or government/municipal clients, I strive to improve my clients website performance and business metrics with a data-backed, user-centric approach. 

The researcher in me obsesses in data -- be in primary research (usability studies, website analysis, analytics, etc.) or secondary research. The marketer connects these insights to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) design, personalization campaigns, and other consumer experience (CX) opportunities. 

Along with being a seasoned practitioner, I am proficient with departmental management including department roadmapping, resource allocation, and P&L review/auditing.
