Full P&L responsibility for construction sales and operations of subcontracting business with well over one hundred employees. New Equipment Business Manager

Responsible for full life cycle, full product cycle management of new technology machine-room-less (MRL) vertical transportation system products. Supported operations, construction, technical sales nationally, internationally, with focus on growth and development in Southeast United States during the peak construction seasons of the condominium building boom.

Product Manager, MRL elevators

Responsible for client relationships, continuing education training, jurisdictional approvals with governmental authorities (AHJs), as well as training and development of a large regional new products sales team in Southern United States.
