Country Manager (Head of UK)

First Title Insurance plc (FTI)

FTI is a wholly owned subsidiary of The First American Financial Corporation and is part of the First Title Ltd group of companies which has offices in UK and Europe employing over 450 people. FTI is the endorsed provider of legal indemnities insurance by the Law Society of England and Wales. 

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the FTI Board of Directors, with a quarterly slot on the Board meeting at which marketing results for the previous quarter are communicated and strategies for the following quarter recommended. Full responsibility for the management and outcomes of all marketing initiatives across First Title Group of companies, including, but not limited to branding, advertising, e-marketing and CRM.

Achievements
Consistently high performance has resulted in running and managing the marketing operation
Production of tender which won the Law Society endorsement badge. Largely responsible for growth in the residential business from 8% market share in 2009 to 20% in 2010
Set-up monthly e-shot for First Title, which now averages 25% open-rate and 20% click through rate 
Record sign-ups to online purchase site in 2010
Managed team responsible for the successful re-brand of FTI in 2010
All marketing initiatives now accountable and tracked where possible with codes, statistics, feedback
Implementation of new website for First Title Insurance in 2009, www.firsttitleinsurance.eu 
Responsible for e-marketing strategy for the new HOPP product, most viewed page on website 
Successful Introduction of CPD webinars and print management strategies to First

Boodle Hatfield is a Legal 500 firm, providing bespoke legal services for more than 275 years, serving the full spectrum of commercial and private clients, both domestically and internationally. 

Responsibilities
Working in a team of 3, responsible for all aspects of marketing. Tasked specifically with production and distribution of internal flyers and newsletters, updating intranet and internet sites / Maintenance of marketing database / Organisation and distribution of mail shots and supporting Business Development team with marketing events.

Achievements	
Successful completion of 5 newsletter campaigns gaining experience with Quark 
Introduced and implemented trainee biography section to website
Part of a team of 4 responsible for refreshing the Boodle Hatfield brand, intranet, email marketing and newsletter strategies

Head of UK at Stewart Title since 2012, overseeing the day to day running of the business.
