- Increased ARR by over £2million during period October 2021 - June 2023.

- Implemented ISO changes to allow teams to be more efficient across the business.

- Governance lead on migration project, Headed up DP team overseeing Payroll software transformation moving from Advanced onto Iris Staffology platform. 

- Headed teams managing onboarding of new Every HR system to integrate with Dataplans payroll software and educations school clients.

- P&L owner. Responsible for the Dataplan P&L

- strategic business development , identifying growth opportunities.
