Dyslexie Centrum Rotterdam

For my Thesis (Bachelor of Science (BSc)) there has been researched how an interactive product can support young adults with dyslexia by supporting their self-confidence and the ability to be independent. Desk Research, in-depth interviews, experteninterview, surveys and user tests were used for the development and production of an interactive problem-solving product. These studies show that there is a great demand for a tool which supports learning Dutch verb spelling through repetition and a progressive scheme for this paticular target group.

Based on the findings in this thesis, a mobile application has been developed. The core of the application is to easily check the spelling of Dutch verb. The problem solving skills for the Dutch spelling verb -ending will be slowly increased after using the application. The fact that you can use the tool all by yourself will give a feeling of independency to the users.
