The Social Hub

The Social Hub is more than a Hotel. We are dynamic hubs for people to meet, work, eat and drink, hold events, or stay for one night to a whole year. Located across 16 cities in Europe and 5 more to come in the upcoming years.

Responsible for driving commercial strategies and initiatives to reach the Revenue target in the Holland region (Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague, Eindhoven, Maastricht and Groningen). Leading a team of commercial experts to distribute all our products (F&B, coworking, M&E, semester, short- and hotel stays) in the region.

In addition to my role as Regional Commercial Manager I participate in the trainers network to effectively onboard, coach and empower (new) colleagues. 

I am involved in one-on-one coaching, group sessions, staff onboarding and contributions to new hotel openings. Ultimately improving overall service standards and enhancing guest experience.

In my role as Partnership Manager I was responsible for establishing and maintaining commercial relationships, monitoring and balancing allocations within the Eindhoven & Maastricht properties, identifying potential collaborations, and creating a network of partners. 

Co-create sales strategies for different segments, budgets, and action plans in alignment with the global plan.

Carlton Oasis Hotel

Carlton Oasis Hotel is a 4-star hotel in Spijkenisse, The Netherlands. Like HUP Hotel & Sports, Carlton Oasis Hotel is part of the Carlton Hotel Collection. In addition to my work at HUP, I  temporarily replaced the Sales & Marketing Manager of Carlton Oasis Hotel from May 2021 to February 2022.

HUP Hotel & Sports is a 4-star hotel that mixes sports with a huge scoop of fun. 

Before and during the opening of HUP end of 2018, I worked together with the hotel management team to position the concept in the B2B and leisure market and to create & maintain the commercial opening plan. 

My main focus was on the B2B market for corporate overnight stays, events, meetings and training camps for (Inter) national football clubs.
Additionally, I collaborated with diverse stakeholders (top athletes and high performance trainers) to innovate and develop a new commercial sub product, HUP Academy, to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Enjoy Character… One of the most popular restaurant, lounge and beach club of St. Maarten. Karakter is located at one of the most beautiful beaches of St. Maarten, the mile-long, Simpson Bay Beach.

During daytime Karakter offers a unique beach experience with comfortable lounge chairs, cushions, a lot of shade and the best service. 
In the evening Karakter transforms in a cosy restaurant where you can enjoy Caribbean delights and Live Music. 

The restaurant area was my responsibility during day and night time. This area has a capacity of 65 seated guests. Just one step down and you enter the beach area with your feet in the sand. The beach club has 85 luxury beds and 2 lounge area's for 10 people. We welcomed people all over the world for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My team consisted of  +/- 10 international restaurant waiters and waitresses. Together with this team we strived for the best service in our unique friendly island atmosphere.

Vitalis Vitaal Vakantie

Vitaal Vakantie is onderdeel van de Vitalis WoonZorg Groep in Eindhoven. Bij Vitalis staat wonen, zorg en welzijn hoog in het vaandel. Het onderdeel Vitaal Vakantie ondersteunt en versterkt het welzijn van de bewoners. Maandelijks worden er twee tot vier dagtochten georganiseerd, die toegankelijk zijn voor zowel valide als minder valide bewoners.
