AIESEC

As a part of the board of directors in the global HQ of AIESEC, and head of Digital Products and Technology my responsibilities included:
• Leading team of digital product managers responsible for Global Information System of AIESEC (3 platforms with over 100k monthly active users)
• Relationship management with the IT vendors including negotiations, contracts, pricing, project delivery, licenses, and budget
• Creation, communication, and implementation of long-term IT and digital transformation strategy

Key Achievements:
1. We successfully launched new version of our customer portal (aiesec.org), focused on improved user experience and growth in user acquisition and activation metrics. 
2. By focusing our strategy on improving the infrastructure, our API response time decreased by 76% while the API performance index grew by 50%
3. Developed system for tracking and evaluating the performance of the development vendor, which led to improving development roadmap completion
4. Leading AIESEC through the global pandemic, I was part of multiple projects and initiatives to evolve our business model and digitalize our activities, including the project of turning our largest annual event virtual, which lead to the attendance growth of 1400%

Head of Digital Products

AIESEC in Italy

As a national president of AIESEC Italia I was responsible for selecting and leading an executive board of the organization composed of 16 members from 5 different countries.

Our main achievements were:

•	Overall product sales growth of 10% compared to the previous year
•	Expanding the organization to 8 new cities inside of the country
•	Successfully completed large scale HR change management, allowing the organization to align HR and sales timelines

Country Manager

In my 2 years on the executive board of AIESEC in Italy, I covered a range of different responsibilities, mostly in the areas of product marketing and organizational strategy design. I had an opportunity to lead youth marketing strategy for both national digital channels and coordinate the work of 20+ local chapters and their local marketing presence.
