More about me: With 15 years of experience as a content designer and UX writer, I create responsive and inclusive content that enables data-driven decisions for customers and business partners. As a Lead Content Designer on the Payments team at Wells Fargo, I design and maintain a consistent user experience across four products: mobile deposit, online wires, digital wallets, and integrated payments. I write UX/UI content that adheres to the bank’s style and brand guidelines, and I leverage qualitative and quantitative data for content decisions and design recommendations. I'm also a trained public speaker and researcher, with a PhD in Technical Communication and Rhetoric from Texas Tech University. I have expertise in translating complex data into actionable practices, procedures, processes, and policies that scale across programs and initiatives. I've presented at TED and other conferences on topics such as research access, conversational design, information architecture, and content sourcing. I'm passionate about storytelling and narratives, and I believe they have the power to characterize users, compel action, and bring technical trainings to life.
