I believe everything happens for a reason. I have had the opportunity to start a new business, work with two different partners at two different times that had tremendous impact in my life, but from two very distinct experiences. My first partner and I were never on the same page . My new partner in 2007, we were a true partnership, one where we were in total alignment from a vision & core value standpoint. We provided sales and marketing services in a one state area (Michigan) for the Foodservice Industry starting in 1997. With a change in partnership, in 2007 we re-branded and the Wolff Group began. We had 40 employees managing sales of $140 Million. Over the next few years we implemented EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) with my Business Coach Gino Wickman, founder of EOS. With the help of my great leadership team, we grew to over 162 employees in a ten state marketing area to cover the entire Midwest Region managing over $1 Billion in sales. During this time, we had made ten strategic acquisitions to help increase our footprint and increase services for our clients and customers. In April 2013, I sold Wolff Group to Acosta Sales & Marketing. I am now a Business Coach-Professional EOS Implementer. I learned first hand the impact EOS had on Wolff Group. Now I want to share this learning with other business owners & their leadership teams, so they can maximize their business and live a better life-just as I have done. Upon being introduced to TIGER 21 recently, I was intrigued by the mission of collaboration, trust, and knowledge. Members of this distinguished group benefit from engaging with like-minded individuals to improve their investment acumen, business decisions, and family dynamics. My background as an entrepreneur in business and as a Professional EOS Implementer is conducive to my role as a Detroit Chair for TIGER 21, where I facilitate a monthly peer to peer member meeting to harness the expertise and collective intelligence of their peers.
